Ellie Gordon is the founder and CEO of Behavior, an award-winning health technology company.
She is a behavioral technologist, designer, innovator, and entrepreneur. For over 17 years, her work has primarily focused on improving people’s lives through technology. She has successfully created, organized, led, and managed teams for everything from hackathons and codefests to other science-based startups and initiatives to community development and research projects.
She did a TEDx talk about her work with Behavior and has led her team to win multiple awards, such as the Carnegie Science Award, two AI XPRIZE top 10 milestone awards for the global competition, NIH and NSF awards, a Tech Top 50 and CEO of the Year finalist, and was featured as a “New Generation Tech Entrepreneur” by the Pittsburgh Tech Council.
Through her research, she has developed subject matter expertise on behavior and mental health, addiction, wearables, and using technology for sensing.
